Following the release of his debut album last year via City Slang, Gothenburg artist sir Was, aka Joel Wästberg, is set to continue touring the UK this May. sir Was' debut ‘Digging A Tunnel’ is an album that combines his unorthodox take on hip-hop, soul and electronica to buck trends and confound expectations. The record received various praise at the end of last year, including taking the top spot for Lauren Laverne's AOTY for BBC 6 Music.

To promote their upcoming production of Huxley’s Brave New World (3rd week O'Reilly), allow 472 Productions to lead you by the hand from uninhibited humanity to the artificiality and psychological manipulation of AF 632. Platforming the contrast between the savagery of nature and the rigorous, systematic control of the World State, this evening showcases the theatrical, heavy art pop of Vaunce alongside a line-up of three renowned DJs, whose sets progressively ascend into intricate, pounding techno. Sample our reimagining of the drink SOMA™, the drink that keeps our citizens content and maintains state control.

Sam Fender burst on to the scene with debut single ‘Play God’ in March 2017 and was hailed as one of Annie Mac’s New Names on Radio 1. With cutting and insightful social commentary Sam is uniquely bringing the venom back into indie hook laden songwriting. It's not only his lyrics that have grabbed the headlines but his beyond powerful vocal that's drawn comparisons with Springsteen and Buckley. He's said to carry the indie spirit of The Maccabees, the live energy of Foals and the lyrical prowess of Arctic Monkeys, 2018 looks to be the year of Sam Fender.

There aren't many bands out that work harder than Eyre Llew. Having recently released latest LP 'Atelo' and touring extensively around the UK, Europe and Asia, the bands stock is really on the rise. They totally blew us away with a blistering performance at last years Ritual Union Festival so we just had to get them back!
Support comes from Oxfords very own Kid Kin and Ghosts In The Photographs who should need no introduction to regular gig goers on the Oxford scene. All in all, this is shaping up to be one hell of a night of fantastic music!
